The terms of service is all clients agree to when purchasing anything from this website is this is a consulting based service, consulting services are not capable of being refunded for any reason whatsoever. You agree to that when entering this website, if you do not, you may leave the website immediately. All clients are bound to this agreement and anything purchased from this website is done with this understanding. You are expected to read the terms of service before buying. Persis S. Mistry, Company, team members, and affiliated coaches, contractors or representatives are not responsible for your results nor do we guarantee any results in our coaching packages or services of any kind. You agree to take 100% personal accountability for your own results. You agree this purchase is non-refundable. You agree that you will not issue any chargebacks on your method of payment. You understand your use of the information contained in this program will not guarantee desired changes in your life as results are entirely dependent on your own implementation.

You understand your use of the information contained in these offers are not a substitute for therapy, financial, medical or nutritional advice of any kind. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your mental well-being, mental, and physical choices, and decisions during and after your use of the information contained in this program. We do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Your results will be based on your personal capacity, business experience, knowledge, and level of desire. By enrolling in the Program and using Coach/Company’s services, Client releases Coach/Company, its officers, employees, directors, affiliates and related entities from any and all damages that may result from the provision of the services to the Client.

The Program is an educational/coaching service only.

Client agrees that [she/he] accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or non-foreseeable, arising from such services.

In any event, if Coach/Company is found to be liable, Coach/Company’s liability to Client or to any third party is limited to the lesser of:

i. The total fees Client paid to Coach/Company in the one month prior to the action giving rise to the liability; and

  ii. Is no greater than the amount of the coaching package purchased.

All claims against Coach/Company must be lodged within 30 days of the purchase otherwise the right of action is forfeited.

Client agrees that Coach/Company will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from the provision of the services including but not limited to: direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of Company’s services or enrollment in the Program.

Client agrees that [she/he] uses Coach/Company’s services at Client’s own risk, and hereby releases Coach/Company and its agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of Client’s own voluntary participation and enrollment in the Coach/the Company’s program.
